At rabbit, we want you to love your running gear as much as we love making it. If your purchase doesn't help you run your best, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure your return is tracked and free of charge.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure shipping bag, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it at any official collection point; your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the gear.
